My Journey
Hi, I'm Steve, and at the age of 30, I had a life-changing event. I went from being a miserable, negative person and did a complete 180.
I began to find hope and a love of truth. I started traveling and investigating everything that intrigued me, and I haven't stopped since.
Over the past 18 years, I have been a devoted student of A Course in Miracles (ACIM), lived in Thai Buddhist temples, and been initiated in Kriya Yoga.
Additionally, I have had the privilege of spending time in various Ashrams, encountering the hugging saint Amma, and attending multiple Gazers' gatherings.
My spiritual journey took a deeper turn when I met Rupert Spira. Under his guidance, I delved into the fascinating realm of nondual understanding. Through these diverse experiences and encounters, I have been blessed with guidance from various mentors and have witnessed countless miracles.
Navigating through the darkest moments of my life, including the loss of loved ones at an early age, mental health struggles, and overcoming severe addiction, I discovered my true calling—sharing the wisdom and love I have acquired with others. By offering guidance and support, I have found immense joy in watching people light up as they embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and healing.
My life's journey is a testament to the transformative power of hope, love, and spiritual exploration. No matter how insurmountable your challenges may seem, if I can find a path to peace and Universal Love, then so can you!

I met Steve Tsonos on the way to a group retreat in Crestone, Colorado. After we landed at the airport, there was a four-hour van ride to the retreat house. Everyone was already tired from the flight from Boston and a layover. Steve immediately stepped up and offered to drive.
For as long as I’ve known Steve, any time anyone needed help, he was always there to offer assistance. Here are just two examples:
When we stayed at the retreat house, the owner was always fixing things. Without being
asked, Steve always volunteered and did the heavy lifting.
Several members of our group volunteered to go on a mission to Thailand as mentors to
students from around the world. We went to Chiang Mai, Thailand to work at The Elephant Nature Sanctuary there. Whenever we weren’t doing other volunteer work, we could hear Steve hammering and fixing bamboo buildings and fences that needed repairing.
Over the years, Steve has attended many programs with spiritual teachers who have
presented programs at the yoga studio I have owned for 25 years, Yoga Sanctuary. He is also a student of A Course in Miracles and enjoys speaking with individuals and groups about The Course and Non-Dualism – his favorite topics. Steve also follows Rupert Spira’s works and has studied with him in person.
